Get Involved

If you are excited about our mission and would like to work with us to figure out how best to reduce suffering, you can register your interest here.

We are keen to work with people who:

  • are driven by maximising altruistic impact, and are intellectually curious about how to best do so
  • are passionate about our mission to reduce suffering
  • excel at self-directed work without strong supervision
  • are familiar with the core ideas of effective altruism, s-risks, and suffering-focused ethics

As a small and entirely remote-based organisation, CRS is flexible about different forms of involvement. Depending on your needs, skills, and interests, we would consider either full employment, part-time work, a (paid) internship or work trial, informal research collaborations, or financial support for independent work.
