We are keen to work with people who:
- are driven by maximising altruistic impact, and are intellectually curious about how to best do so
- are passionate about our mission to reduce suffering
- excel at self-directed work without strong supervision
- are familiar with the core ideas of effective altruism, s-risks, and suffering-focused ethics
As a small and entirely remote-based organisation, CRS is flexible about different forms of involvement. Depending on your needs, skills, and interests, we would consider either full employment, part-time work, a (paid) internship or work trial, informal research collaborations, or financial support for independent work.
